BUT SADNESS ASIDE! The episode also gave us this cute patoot, Smoky Quartz! They're adorable and I love them so much. Plus, now we know that Steven can fuse with gems! It seems like it takes a bit more than dancing for Steven to be able to fuse with a gem. But Pearl said it best "Fusion is very difficult to do. Gems must be in perfect sync physically, mentally, and emotionally."
I can't wait to see what Steven's other fusions will look like!!
